Six years of in-depth experience with national parks and forests across the country make Moore Consulting uniquely qualified to help resource managers develop their leadership, strategic thinking, and teamwork. We offer training, consulting, and facilitation related to leadership development, teamwork and team development, strategic planning and implementation, organizational culture, and change management. We have led innovations and developed much-needed trainings to help multiple park units and groupings navigate formal and informal resource sharing. Moore Consulting has collaborated with New Line Consulting to work with many of the most complex units in the NPS including the innovative, five-park cooperative, National Parks of Eastern North Carolina, and high-profile urban parks such as Golden Gate and Cuyahoga Valley. Together, we have equipped hundreds of federal leaders to do their best work.
