Motivf is a Virginia-based small business with a record of providing high-quality services at the local, state, and Federal levels. Our cross-functional teams specialize in applying Agile and Human-Centered Design frameworks to create extraordinary solutions to complex problems. We have supported 300+ clients, including 8 of the 15 executive departments of the Federal Government in 49 states and 5 territories. Our services are structured under four practices: People, Technology, Design, and Geospatial. We utilize the broad experiences of our multidisciplinary project teams to reach across industries and identify insights that enable our teams to create data-driven solutions informed by human behavior and cultural intelligence. Turning these insights into action, we create deliverables such as in-depth user research, learning and development programs, and enterprise-level software systems.
