This category includes establishments of health practitioners having the degree of D.M.D. (Doctor of Dental Medicine), D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery), or D.D.Sc. (Doctor of Dental Science) primarily engaged in the independent practice of general or specialized dentistry or dental surgery. Establishments in this category are primarly engaged in (1) operating facilities with coin- or card-operated or similar self-service laundry and drycleaning equipment for customer use on the premises and/or (2) supplying and servicing coin- or card-operated or similar self-service laundry and drycleaning equipment for customer use in places of business operated by others, such as apartments and dormitories.
