Retired from Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office. During my tenure spent time in patrol and investigations. Was promoted to Sergeant, and worked as the Enviromental Crimes and the evidence/crime lab supervisor. Worked as a patrol shift supervisor and investigations supervisor. I was on the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Bomb Squad for 25 years. As in most civilian bomb squads, it was a part time assignment. As a team we went from 3 members in 1982 to 10 in 2007 when I retired.As previously noted, I had an excellent Command Staff. I was allowed to run for office in the IABTI. I was a Regional and International Officer. As a result of my involvement with IABTI, I was asked to serve on the ad hoc NBSCAB. Which started that organization.
