Beef Cattle Ranching and Farming

This includes establishments primarily engaged in raising cattle (including cattle for dairy herd replacements).

Chicken Egg Production

Establishments in this category are primarly engaged in raising chickens for egg production. The eggs produced may be for use as table eggs or hatching eggs.

Shellfish Farming

This includes establishments primarily engaged in farm raising shellfish (e.g., crayfish, shrimp, oysters, clams, mollusks).

All Other Animal Production
