JANITORIAL SERVICES: General maintenance service is the largest share of our business. PBM provides daily and nightly custodial service to commercial facilities. In addition, PBM provides disinfecting and sanitization services to safeguard again the spread of viruses and bacteria, such as COVID-19. CONSTRUCTION AND GENERAL CONTRACTING: We partner with builders and technicians to handle insulations, dry walls, painting, wiring, marble/tiles, glazing, and flooring. CARPET SHAMPOOING: Our carpet and floor team uses state-of-the-art shampooing techniques - steam cleaning, bonneting method and dry foam. STRIP & WAX: Our floor care team provides strip and wax service. PBM only uses high quality Butchers/Johnsons wax. SPECIALTY TASK FORCE: PBM services conditions that are not scheduled, as well as emergency tasks such as viral disinfection, flood cleanup, and construction cleanup on a 7 days/week, 24 hours/day basis.
