TPP provides performance development in five (5) categories: 1. Performance Leadership Consulting: identifies the current capabilities of an organization and quantifies the gap that must overcome to reach its goals. TPP partners with the individuals and workgroups to formulate practices which will improve performance. 2. Executive Coaching: uses facilitated discussions to explore new ways for candidates to produce higher levels of performance. 3. Leadership & Team Development: increases the ability of leaders to engage and motivate those who follow them. 4. Performance Assessments: assists individuals and teams to identify their behavioral preferences and the choices they make when performing tasks. 5. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Engagement Management: assists organizations to examine employeeโs levels of engagement, diversity awareness, cultural competence and develop innovative approaches to increasing employee commitment to their performance objectives.
