The Petrova Experience is a customer experience consulting firm. That means we sit with brands, evaluate how they are connecting with customers, where they are missing opportunities. We help organizations with branding and strategy. We advise on wayfinding, and program management of projects connected with experiences of consumers - commuters, patients and resident. We design the experience and manage the right stakeholders across departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. We consult on user experience to produce a more user-friendly streamlined process while optimizing various technical systems. We offer specific recommendations for any necessary changes to systems, standards and/or procedures. We create customer service hospitality standards and train employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
