PM/PC Direct is a leader in the areas of managing and controlling Concepts, Objectives, and Strategies. Our Project Controls staff is experienced in the most current tools and methodologies for successful project execution. Tracy Nichols, President and CEO, brings nearly 30 years of Project Controls experience to PM/PC. Her qualified Project Controls staff, with over 95 years of combined experience in cost, schedule, and expediting, and backgrounds in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, work together to keep our clients’ projects “on time and on budget.” Nichols recognized the opportunity to provide a service with an integrated approach to managing projects versus hiring a full-time staff or contracting each service.
