Precision Profiles, LLC is a custom manufacturer that has been producing high precision metal components for over 25 years. We specialize in producing tight-tolerance turbine components for OEMs and other companies within the power generation industry. Our proprietary machining process delivers high quantities of finished turbine vanes relative to other processes, while at the same time achieving unprecedented levels of machining tolerances. In addition to manufacturing steam turbine components, Precision Profiles offers a full suite of machining services, including: multi-axis milling & machining, turning, saw cutting, and wire EDM services. Our Hollow Machining Division offers trepanning, boring, and honing services.
