The Project Manager LLC manages array of Portfolio, programs and projects. We work collaboratively with organization’s change agents to develop specific action steps to help mitigate the impact of the change management issues. We help guide organization through the necessary transition, ensuring readiness for change and preparedness to lead the change, and to validate that change has occurred. We work with our clients to assess the current level of maturity, develop an achievable improvement plan, and help by supporting the executions' and measurement of the recommended improvements
