Proximity International is a women-owned and women-led applied research firm using data to generate evidence for better policy and decision-making. Proximity was established in 2014 in response to the rising need for independent monitoring, evaluation, and research of humanitarian and development programs in remote-access and fragile settings. Proximity's diverse team of expert researchers and M&E professionals employ innovative technology to train and manage teams of field researchers. Our project managers come to us from the world's top academic, public, and private institutions, think tanks, development and aid organizations. Together, our global and local teams work to turn insight and knowledge into evidence for supporting sustainable and peaceful societies.
