PUEO - ST. MICHAEL'S JOINT VENTURE, LLC

The Pueo - St. Michael’s Joint Venture (JV) was formed in 2020. Pueo and St. Michael’s were accepted into the Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) by the Small Business Administration (SBA) in May 2020 and then formed the JV. The JV received a Top Secret Facility Clearance in November 2020. Pueo and St. Michael’s bring together distinct capabilities found in each partner company to the JV. Pueo has Program Management and Data/Financial analytics capabilities which are rarely found in small businesses, as evidenced by their corporate industry certifications and patented solutions. Pueo’s core services span the spectrum of Business (Program Management, Data Analysis, Strategic Planning, Training, and Facilitation), and IT (Software Development, AI/ML, IT Infrastructure, and Cyber) services. St. Michael’s has a long history of experience providing financial management, budgeting, accounting, audit support, program management and acquisition support to the DoD, IC and DHS.
