Established in 2004, Quality Control Services (QCS) is an SBA 8(a), DBE and Ohio EDGE certified company headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. QCS has grown to be one of the elite transportation engineering consulting firms in the area with services ranging from Construction Management/Administration to General Construction and Coatings Inspection. QCS has staffed construction inspection contracts for NASA Glenn Research Center, the Ohio Army National Guard, the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (USDOT), Transport Canada, throughout the state of Ohio for ODOT and the Cuyahoga County Public Works Dept. and in Northern Kentucky on behalf of the KYTC. QCS provided multi-year independent inspections for the largest recent projects in Ohio: the Cleveland Innerbelt Projects and the Columbus Crossroads Project.
