Description

Our team includes a cadre of social workers, instructors, consultants, and certified Diversity Trainers. We provide standardized and customizable services to support government entities with diverse professional development needs, including: education workshops, executive and team coaching, and consultative services. Areas of expertise include conflict resolution, workplace violence prevention, emotional intelligence, stress management, resilience, well-being at work, motivational interviewing, multi-generational workforce issues, and training on issues related to social justice, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Also military/Veteran culture training.
