Since 1985, rpGatta has specialized in custom built assembly equipment. We design, build, test, and install automated equipment for numerous applications and industries. We are accustomed to tailoring equipment to meet our customer's specific design requirements. 80% of the equipment we build is first of kind (prototypes) that must go into full production at arrival at our customer’s facility. Very often, we totally conceptualize the equipment from scratch with only the end purpose requirement provided by our customers. rpGatta engineers the machine or system mechanically, electrically, pneumatically, hydraulically, and the software all in house. The machinery or systems are fully assembled, tested, and is demonstrated to the customer that must approve the machinery or system meets all their requirements in our facility before shipping the machinery or system to our customer.
