In the past 24 months, SCC has participated in 8 lease ups consisting of LIHTC communities which in some cases were layered with one or more additional programs. Layered programs include but are not limited to HOME, CDBG, TCAP, Exchange. Of the 8 communities, 3 of them were local to our location allowing for a greater participation in the set up and continued monitoring of the communities. The other 5 contract us only as the third-party provider of file reviews for the first-year files. Also notable during the previous 24 months was the participation in 7 state agency audits and 4 investor audits all resulting in zero findings. A total of 46 internal pre-state agency/investor audits and post audit responses have been completed over the past 20 years by our founder, with 24 of those being completed between 2015 to 2020. Favorable results were obtained for each community including 18 zero findings and 6 where findings identified were corrected.
