We have 2 CMM's for Inspection as well as qualified inspectors to manually inspect parts. we can saw up to 22' dia bar, Turning capacity ranges from 1' up to 42' in diameter and as long as 120' long, then up to 80' in dia up to 68' long in CNC turning machines. Milling capacity ranges from 1' dia up to 96'Hx96'Wx96'L up to 25,000#'s per part. We specialize in 1 pc parts, small qty runs, and high production runs of steel parts. We are open 24 hours a day 5-6 days a week, we deliver within 250 mile radius. We can assemble jobs, test and paint/coat to customer specs.
