Soar Environmental Consulting is a DVBE-Certified Small Business environmental consulting firm that focuses on assisting stakeholders in meeting and maintaining environmental requirements and policies from plan conception through completion. We develop CEQA/ NEPA documents and negotiate programmatic permits for both minor and major construction projects. Our firm manages all facets of environmental compliance, including biological and archaeological monitoring and reporting, project and construction management, geological surveying, Phase I and II ESAs, Hazardous waste management, terrestrial, air and water permitting, hydroelectric licensing and Emergency Action Plan development, and UAV environmental inspections.
