Southwind Construction Services, LLC has successfully completed over 1,500 individual projects in excess of $400 million in support of design-build and other construction contracts nationwide. The firm’s experience includes a broad range of facility and infrastructure projects ranging to $15 million in individual project size, with IDIQ contract awards ranging up to $50 million per contract. Facility projects have included new buildings, building additions, and renovation projects. These include projects for office buildings, manufacturing facilities, aircraft hangars, school buildings, gymnasiums, hospitals and more. Infrastructure projects have included roadways, utilities, bridges, dams and airport runways.
