Founded in 2016 by James Brooker, Starlight MFG Solutions LLC began as a Manufacturing Engineering consulting firm based in Phoenix, NY. With over a decade of experience as Vice President of Research & Development for a local defense contractor, James brought a wealth of expertise to the company, setting a strong foundation for engineering innovation and quality. In 2021, Starlight MFG Solutions expanded as James transitioned into leading the company full-time, allowing the firm to diversify its services to include the design and construction of custom automated equipment. Today, Starlight MFG Solutions leverages this unique blend of manufacturing engineering consulting and advanced equipment automation to deliver tailored solutions for both government and private-sector clients.
