Founded by University of Central Florida engineering students, Talon Simulations began with a VR-driven flight simulator project, quickly gaining traction through university competitions and an NSF Innovation Corps grant. Specializing in XR technologies for vehicle simulators, Talon has effectively reduced the risks associated with implementing these technologies in both entertainment centers and training institutes. Their comprehensive services include engineering, assembly, quality control, and lifecycle management of both hardware and software systems. Notable for combining high-quality VR displays with responsive motion platforms, Talon has delivered over 800 XR systems to clients like Dave & Buster’s, Toyota, Ford, and various US military branches, enhancing realistic training at an accessible price point.
