Technical Tooling was established in 2003 and serves many industries including aerospace, marine, and automotive. We developed our proprietary material technology for tooling applications with composite layup molds and vacuum trim fixtures and tables. With these innovations we have redefined composite tooling with our advanced materials and focus on the future with great enthusiasm to set a new standard!

Through our material innovations we have developed Ravin™ Layup mold base material and Vacu-Grip™ for vacuum work holding. These technologies have proven to deliver faster cycle times, reduce costs, and produce better parts. Vacu-Grip™ vacuum fixtures are designed for high volume production environments, while Ravin™ layup molds are engineered for short-run/prototype productions and rival Invar-like CTE performance for a fraction of the cost.
