Three Oaks Engineering (Three Oaks) is a woman-owned business enterprise (WBE) focused on helping our clients successfully accomplish infrastructure projects with careful consideration of community and environmental needs. We offer a broad range of services, including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation, multimodal transportation planning, traffic engineering, hydraulic design, community impact assessment, indirect and cumulative impacts analysis, threatened and endangered species surveys, wetland and stream delineations, and environmental permitting. We have also developed significant public engagement campaigns and offer in-house Spanish translation services.
