VPC is based in Columbia, Maryland and prides itself in providing innovative services to the Federal, state, and local governments, as well as to academic institutions. We work closely with emergency management agencies, stakeholders, planning departments, ad hoc committees, and the public to ensure a collaborative planning process, which is inclusive and integrated.
