WindowSkin is an interior mounted window retrofit that upgrades a single pane window to double pane energy performance and a double pane window to triple pane energy performance. Install can be completed by onsite maintenance staff in about 5 minutes per typical window. Cost of WindowSkin is about 20% of the cost of a new window replacement. Install of WindowSkin can be done while tenants are in occupancy. NO VOCs, no asbestos or lead paint disturbance.
