The X Consulting Group provides immediate, scalable options to prepare commanders, staffs, and individuals to execute critical Sensitive Activity (SA) tasks through consults, staff assisted visits and SA training support. Our services include curriculum development, exercise design and scripting, exercise control, training area development for Realistic Military Training (RMT) coordination and deconfliction with key stakeholders. We maintain relevant experience across the levels of war and operational environments, to include operations inside of the U.S. We bring recent experience as Operators, Operations Managers at the Theater Special Operations Commands or Combatant Commands, as well as instructor qualifications from institutions that train and certify SA skills.
