We offer high speed multi-axis(5-Axis) CNC Machining that is capable of short runs and with our automated machining cells we can offer long production items. All product is inspected with our CMM to ensure 100% quality when it reaches the customer. With our inspection equipment and software we can offer reverse engineering as well.

5 Axis CNC Mills with 30' x 26' machining envelope. 4th Axis CNC Mill with 60' x 24' machining envelope. Our machines as capable of machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and other exotic materials. CAD/CAM software used is CATIA, MasterCAM and Autodesk. Assembly Equipment that can offer rivet installation, roller swage, bonding and testing.
