Project Balance, a small woman-owned company, was founded in 2003 with the mission of providing project management, business analysis, quality assurance, and strategic information services. We have successfully directed multi-million, large-scale, multinational, and offshore projects. Project Balance and its staff have a depth of experience in monitoring and evaluation and developing data-driven programs, software applications and business intelligence platforms. As partners or sub-contractors to universities and NGOs in the international development space, we build innovative strategic information tools and run monitoring and evaluation initiatives in support of CDC, USAID and other international programs. We provide leadership in management, monitoring and evaluation, and organizational support to improve how data is collected, managed and used.
