Palo Duro Nursing Home is a long term care facility. We offer Skilled Nursing Home Care. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Private, Long Term Care Insurance, Repite, Hospice. We accept heavy care residents, Trache, Enteral Nurtrition, IV anitbiotics. We have a designated secure unit. We are certified for 66 beds for Medicare and Medicaid. Dually certified. We are located 30 east of Amarillo. We are seeking to be able to have a contract with the local VA to provide care for residents as they have the need for placement.
