Description

I’m interested in collaborative research on a hurricane calming solution. I’ve gotten encouraging input from various resources on the concept and interested in Federal funding to support hydro-mechanical, electrical, aerodynamic, maritime and atmospheric specialist.

Special details

Additional research is needed to prove a beta model of the concept and I'm currently limited on funding or grants to accomplish this milestone.
