We have 20+ years of experience teaching courses in professionalism, team work and collaboration, communication, DISC personality profiles, critical thinking, leadership, and other interpersonal skills. Our modules meet the needs of the multi-generational workforce, and we offer: โข In person Instructor-led soft skills training/workshops โข Remote online, self-paced courses accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anytime, anywhere. Online modules are available for all ages. โข Online DISC personality assessments for adults, teens, and youth; in English with some versions in Spanish and French. โข Digital badges and a Certificate of Completion for courses complete โข A soft skills assessment in English and Spanish for learners to earn a basic Soft Skills Mastery Credential โข Workforce development consulting services We provide training and consultancy to help people sharpen their employability skills.
