Initial scope will focus on, but is not limited to, site prep (i.e. clearing and grading ROW and lay-down yard), erosion control (via typical material, means, and method), MSE wall construction, and all concrete work outside of mainline paving and any structural concrete of a non-typical nature, requiring special equipment, materials, or personnel.
