We work closely with our customers to identify their specific needs and enhance their product development – from design, to prototype, to final production. TI is a custom fabricator serving a variety of industries. We use cutting methods such as steel rule and rotary die-cutting, lasers, waterjet, and several CNC machines. We partner with premier suppliers, such as 3M, Laird Technologies, and Rogers Corp to remain on the cutting edge of technology and innovation. We use materials such as foam, rubber, plastic, thin metal foils, adhesives, and paper to assist with creation of customer-specified parts which include gaskets, lens attachments, bonding, thermal management, and EMI/RFI materials. We use cutting methods such as die-cutting, laser, water jet, and router while supplying additional services of laminating of materials and distribution of goods which include rolls and sheets.
