Business Profile Management Guide

Step-by-step instructions for reviewing and updating your business listing on USSBDirectory.com

This guide will help business owners find, review, and update their existing business listing on USSBDirectory.com.

Step 1: Search for Your Business Listing

  1. Go to the Homepage of USSBDirectory.com.
  2. Use the Search Bar to enter your business name or category.
  3. Click on your business listing in the search results to open your profile page.
Tip: If you can't find your business, it might not be listed yet.

Step 2: Claim Your Business (If You Haven't Already)

  1. Look for the "Claim Business".
  2. Click it and login or sign up if you haven't already.
  3. Fill-in the form and submit to verify ownership (You may need to confirm via email).
  4. Once approved, you can edit your business details anytime from your user dashboard.
Note: If you already claimed your listing, skip to Step 3.

Step 3: Update Your Business Details

Once logged in:

  1. Go to Your Dashboard (Click your profile icon and select "My Listings") for My Listings to show in your account it might take up to 5 business days to review your request.
  2. Find your business and click "Edit".
  3. Update the following details as needed:
Update These Details
  • Business Name, Industry & Classification
  • Phone Number & Fax
  • Email & Website Link
  • Google Map Address
  • Business Summary & Description
  • Upload or Change Your Logo & Featured Image
Important Note

Make sure customers can find you by verifying your Google Map Address is accurate and complete.

Step 4: Save Changes & Preview Your Listing

  1. After making updates, click "Save".
  2. Preview your listing to ensure everything looks perfect.
  3. Your updates will require admin approval (Once changes are approved, it will go live).

Step 5: Keep Your Profile Fresh & Up-to-Date

Best Practices

Update your details if anything changes (new address, phone, website, etc.)

Add seasonal promotions or announcements to attract customers

Keep your images fresh for a professional look
