Leadership coaching and team development services. As a certified coach, I provide one-on-one coaching for professionals. I also help teams to work together more effectively by improving listening and communication skills, increasing trust and enhancing their ability to deal with the unexpected in a positive, creative and collaborative way. All group workshops are interactive, using the principles behind improvisation as a platform for learning. This allows participants to “try on” new skills, in real time.
