Inclusive Communication Services provides premium communication accommodations for the Deaf, Deaf-blind, and hard-of-hearing in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. ICS services include sign language interpreters (AKA “Deaf interpreters” or 'ASL interpreters'); CART, TypeWell, Caption, and Transcription stenographers; and ADA consultations. Services are available for all purposes, settings and modalities, including government; business; medical; mental health; educational; conference; tourism; theatrical; entertainment; religious: Deaf-blind tactile, protactile, and haptics systems; foreign sign languages; and remote services, including VRI, Closed-captioning, and Open-captioning. Available 24-hrs a day, boasting a 95% fulfillment rate, and donating 5% of profits to Deaf students in third-world countries, ICS remains your go-to community resource for equal access accommodations for the Deaf, Deaf-blind, and hard-of-hearing.

Special details

Inclusive Communication Services partners with remote-connection software providers to deliver remote interpreting and open- or closed-caption transcription services. Conference projectors and projector screens are available for rent to display open-captioning and/or interpreting services. Transportation and setup are included with all equipment and software rentals.
