Award Emblem has its roots in the jewelry industry, originally established as Charles Klein Jewelry Manufacturing Co. in 1946. Shortly thereafter and during a booming postwar economy, Mr. Klein refocused his business on student achievement recognition in schools across America, with new students in need of recognition every year along with government funding making for a stable and fertile marketplace. Award Emblem’s products draw from its jewelry heritage and it has been making a unique line of die struck pins and medals across three generations of Klein family leadership. In addition to products of its own design, Award Emblem also offers a complete line of plaques, trophies, crystal, acrylic, and custom awards for the school and commercial markets.
