Quadrant Tool & Manufacturing Co. has been machining difficult parts from challenging materials for over 65 years. We specialize in handling products from start to finish, including complex milling, turning, grinding, wire EDM, and assembly. We also work with our time-tested network of proven vendors to handle all outside services such as plating, heat treating, polishing and hobbing. Quadrant or 'QTM' uses the latest machining technology, tooling and software to produce parts as efficiently as possible, so we can offer the best price, quality and lead times to our customers. Our team is happy to work with you on design-for-manufacturing (DFM) to dial in your parts and keep costs down. We are also highly skilled at making complex, high-density fixturing so we can run even the most tricky parts unattended 'lights out' to reduce labor and improve pricing.
