Keystone Ecological Services is a northcentral Pennsylvania based small business providing ecological consulting services throughout the eastern United States. Our biologists provide biological, monitoring, permitting, and project management services for development projects from the planning phase through the mitigation and monitoring phase. Our staff are well-versed in Federal, State, and local codes and regulations and have extensive experience coordinating and negotiating with regulatory agencies. We specialize in sensitive species surveys to meet environmental compliance requirements and maintain close partnerships with natural resource professionals to meet diverse client needs. Field studies are conducted by experienced biologists and recognized as qualified to conduct many rare, threatened, and endangered (RTE) species surveys to ensure data accuracy and compliance. We address client needs in a timely manner that is conscious of their permitting and development schedules.
