EnterChange Group, LLC is a full-service firm that provides consulting, strategic support, applied research/evaluation, and training/facilitation. We support organizations in developing their values across DEI, sustainability, and accessibility; communicating these values; and translating them into meaningful action (i.e., policies, practices, agreements, etc.). We have experience working in and with nonprofits, corporations, government, and higher educations. We understand how to support the inclusive and equitable strategic growth of these diverse organizations through active listening and deepening our understanding of clients’ situations before providing any consultation and strategic support. We are energized when we see the amazing programs and products that result when our clients authentically embrace inclusion, make equity-driven decisions, and build more welcoming and sustainable environments.
