Global Competence Associates is dedicated to training and staff development, as well as student preparation for the global workforce. The Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA)® can be used independently or as a diagnostic tool in conjunction with training to target the most appropriate development pathways. The GCAA® is also used as a research tool, for the determination of present global competence aptitude and growth over time, as well as for the planning of targeted improvement initiatives.
