MHI Consulting LLC is owned and operated by Christine Workman. We are a full-service Elevator & Escalator consulting firm headquartered in Bucks County, PA. We work in the Mid-Atlantic and NE Regions to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient vertical transportation services. We help cut through their red tape and get you answers on proposals, scope of work, maintenance requirements, proprietary vs. generic equipment, schedules, budgets, and code requirements. Our services are for Elevators, Escalators, Material Lifts, Moving Walks, Dumbwaiters and MRLs. AirTrain, PATCO, APTA requirements and are QEI Certified. We assist with equipment evaluations, maintenance evaluations, maintenance specifications and contracts, modernization projects, new construction installation and contractor paperwork review such as invoices and proposals. MHI Consulting is a member of NAESA International, and we perform third-party witnessing for all Elevator & Escalator inspections with QEIs.
