Military Construction’s (MC) was founded in 2007 by Victor Milbourne. Our staff includes engineers, licensed general contractors, electricians, construction managers, business professionals, and skilled tradesmen. We are experienced in all areas of construction, contract types, and contract management. The MC team has a proven track record of successfully completing projects at various military installations including but not limited to Ft. Dix, West Point, Ft. Monmouth, USCG Cape May, and Lakehurst Navy Base. Our first commitment is to our customers and stakeholders. Our project management approach is designed to achieve the outcomes that all project stakeholders expect, while controlling costs, ensuring quality, and the completion of projects on time. As an outstanding contractor we were awarded “Best of Wayne, PA” for 2020.
