Monica worked for Merck. When she was working there she noticed there is a lot of health education for consumers but nobody personalizing and helping decision making. Lots of products and services shouting at the consumer. She saw the need to help as a connector between the education and product/ services. She focused on women because 80% of households in the US, healthcare decision are made my the woman of the family.
