Stephen Fleming, PE, RBEC established the firm of Fleming & Associates, PA in 1987. Our services include structural engineering, Anti-Terrorism Force-Protection design, roofing design, building envelope design, and forensic inspections. Fleming & Associates has nine employees including four registered Professional Engineers (PE), one Engineering Intern (EI), and two Registered Building Envelope Consultants (RBEC). For three decades we have maintained the goal of offering quality design services at competitive rates for the purpose of providing safe, economical, durable and attractive structures.
