HL VRH JV HL is a nationwide provider of remediation and reclamation, environmental consulting, training and military range operations and maintenance service clients. Our primary focus is providing support services on lands and waterways contaminated with munitions and explosives of concern (MEC) including; UXO,discarded military munitions (DMM) munitions constituents(MC), and chemical warfare materials (CWM) which pose explosives safety hazards and risks to human health or the environment. Our environmental and military munitions remediation services include: Hazardous Taxological and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) remediation, munitions site cleanup, site investigation and characterization, RCRA site management and closure, historical site research. HL is fully capable of providing all manpower and material resources to perform environmental remediation services necessary to enable lands and waters to be safely and efficiently used for their intended purpose
