Harpleys Taxidermy is a small, female-owned meat processing facility with a division of the company doing taxidermy work. We currently offer taxidermy and deer meat processing; but we are expanding into processing of cattle. This expansion will including becoming USDA Federally inspected as a meat processor in order to offer our products in interstate commerce. Our intention is to expand our capacity by building a new facility designed and built to handle the processing of cattle, wholesale distribution, and retail sales (both in-store and online). We are in the process of the expansion of our facilities and will announce cattle processing and retail sales upon completion and inspection.
