Lit Wellness Solutions, LLC is a SBA certified women-owned small business providing integrative health and wellness services to individuals and organizations. We service company workplace wellness initiatives with behavior modification, lifestyle wellness, and workplace culture emerging best practice solutions to assist with improvement of employee health issues while also improving personal well-being. At the same time we support individuals as they make behavior and lifestyle changes to promote lasting health transformation. Our strategic solutions to health and wellness problems help people and organizations create life and work cultures for lasting change that support all aspects of health and well-being.

Special details

Our integrative health and wellness solutions are grounded in our IGNITE Six-step Process for Lasting Change. Some of our current programs include the Well Driver Transportation Wellness Program, Lifestyle Wellness Development Program, and The Mindful Me Journey Guided Journaling Program and attuned eating one-on-one coaching program. We also have three technology-based virtual coaching programs available to support our clients with daily coaching from the comfort of work or home through the convenience of technology. These programs include a 12-week Healthy Living Virtual Coaching Program; an 8-week Stress Management Virtual Coaching Program; and a 16-week Well Driver Recertification Ready Virtual Coaching Program.
