The PCI-Megen Joint Venture, LLC (JV) has an established SBA 8(a) Mentor Protégé relationship and approved Joint Venture to perform work as an 8(a) Certified entity. An SBA 8(a) Certified Firm, PCI will lead the Joint Venture efforts while Megen Construction will support with staffing bench strength, management systems, pre-construction knowledge and financial stability including bonding support. PCI-Megen combines the strengths of two very capable construction companies with the combined bench strength of seasoned construction professionals to successfully implement all contracts no matter size or complexity.
